I dedicate this house to the Griswold Family Christmas.

December this year has gone by way to fast for my liking, could be i know right after christmas i'm weeks away to returning back to work and we all know that when you are not looking forward to something it comes that much faster. I am looking forward to christmas, i'm headed home early this year my dad is going to come down and pick me up this saturday and will be gone tell the wed after christmas. Jensen is going to come up to altamont the wed before christmas and be with us then. I figured if i have maternity and i have the ability to take an extra long vaca...why not! i'm excited to go home and be with mymom and for jaxson to experience the below zero temps of good old altamont. BRR! and there are some cousins and aunts and uncles who didn't get the chance to come down yet so he needs to meet the rest of the family.

This year i put our tree up on dec 1. I am a huge scrooge untill the first of dec, my theory is we dont decorate early for halloween or thanksgiving or any other holiday for that matter so why on earth would we decorate early for christmas. I absolutly hate that stores put christmas up the min halloween gets over...SERIOUSLY PEOPLE lets not forget thanksgiving. I had to wait for jensen to have some time off of work to get my lights put up, but he did a great job on our little town home.

















This is jaxson first christmas ornament, i told jensen that we will get the year so when we are old and our minds have gone (like our parents) we atleast will remember once a year when we put it on our tree.

Here are the lights jensen put up, he had some help from our buddy jake (he owns a ladder) we have very little room to work with in our town home and if i could i would work out something with out neighbors so we could decorate more, but this is what we have and i think its cute. Atleast santa will know we live here.



I'm excited to share in jaxson first christmas and we are so blessed to have him in our lives. Being a mother is 10x harder then i thought it would be but i cant imagine it any other way now. I still have my moments which i think everyone does weather they want to admit it or not where i just wanna sit and cry cause i'm tired, frustrated and have absolutly no idea what i'm doing but one quick cry session to either my sisters mom or jensen and i'm back to normal (i'm still blaming hormones) i'm totally excited too to get to play santa this year heck i'm gonna be up anyway might as well have some fun with it. :)

oh and we will be blessing dear jaxson in altamont the sunday after christmas in my parents ward. All is invited if you read this before then.
